Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — they form a binding agreement between you and bd128.
Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to bd128's website, mobile version, and all related services. By registering, accessing, or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
The name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information provided at registration must be complete, true, and accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
1.4 Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is solely your responsibility. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to bd128 immediately. bd128 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.
Section 2: Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
2.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at bd128: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method). Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

Section 3: Bonus & Wagering Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus offer may be claimed only once and is not transferable to others.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
- Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bd128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
3.4 VIP Bonus
bd128's five-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback based on regular activity:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement to higher tiers is determined by consistent and active participation.
Section 4: Gaming & Betting Rules
4.1 Fair Play Policy
bd128 is committed to ensuring a fair play and secure gaming environment. Any use of fraud, software cracking, collusion, or automated bots will result in immediate account termination.
4.2 Betting Rules
All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bd128 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
4.3 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, bd128 will resolve the situation in accordance with standard rules, and the round may be cancelled or re-credited as appropriate.
Section 5: Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd128 platform:
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Playing games or placing bets through automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
- Repeatedly claiming bonuses or promotional benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Collusion or organized attempts to influence the outcome of games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security.
- Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
If any of the above activities are detected, bd128 may close the account without prior warning and forfeit all funds and bonuses.
Section 6: Account Suspension & Closure
6.1 Account Closure by bd128
If a user violates these Terms, bd128 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated.
6.2 Account Closure Request by User
Any user who wishes to close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. If any valid withdrawable funds remain at the time of closure, they will be returned to the user.
6.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion
